El presente trabajo consiste en exponer un plan metodológico para la ejecución de instrumentos de Lean Manufacturing en las Servitecas de la ciudad de Sogamoso, Boyacá, el cual piensa en un tipo de examen mixto, contemplando factores cuantitativos y subjetivos; con metodologías hechizas, exploratorias y aplicadas; su sistema se centra en tres etapas las cuales se sustentan en ciertos ejercicios a crear; La etapa primaria tiene por objeto describir cada uno de los ciclos de las Servitecas de Sogamoso, un aparato crucial para la fidelización de los consumidores serían los estudios; la etapa posterior hará una investigación distinguiendo los factores y ciclos básicos o cuellos de botella que presentan las Servitecas de la ciudad de Sogamoso y la tercera etapa planificará la técnica para la ejecución de dispositivos de Lean Manufacturing para el negocio de Servitecas.
