| Sumario: | The collection of evidential material elements, is contemplated in the code of criminal procedure
and the same form the procedure of registration and break in are found regulated in the criminal
law and the national code of security and citizen, however, these two norms are very diferents
from each other and they differ in their procedure in such a way that the Supreme Court of Justice
in its decisions they stableshed how the actions of the judicial police, national cop and the units of
the technical body of investigations (CTI) should be in obtaining the legally provative material;
