The professional practice carried out in the 36th section of the Childhood and Adolescence Prosecutor's Office was carried out as a requirement to achieve the professional title, its objective was to achieve new skills and thus apply them in professional life; In the same way, new knowledge was obtained, with the work of the sectional Prosecutor's Office 36, such as studying files, projecting orders from the Prosecutor, and suggesting decisions to be taken, that is, formulation of imputation, indictment documents, legalization orders capture, investigation file, among others.
This practical report will emphasize the activities developed, and the relevant information regarding the work carried out in the sectional Prosecutor's Office 36. In this way, data will be reflected on the agency where the practice was carried out, such as the mission, vision, organizational structure and in the final part are the annexes that demonstrate the legitimacy of the practice. |

El presente trabajo de grado tiene como propósito dar a conocer la experiencia profesional que se llevó a cabo en la Fiscalía 36 seccional de la unidad de infancia y adolescencia de Duitama -Boyacá, bajo la modalidad de pasantía, esta experiencia tuvo un tiempo de duración de 240 horas, y se realizó de manera remota por la pandemia del COVID-19 que se presenta en el mundo. En esta práctica se manejaron todos los conocimientos y destrezas aprendidas en la Universidad Antonio Nariño sede Duitama, dentro de la facultad de derecho. La práctica profesional realizada en la fiscalía 36 seccional de Infancia y adolescencia, se realizó como requisito para alcanzar el título profesional, tenía como objetivo lograr nuevas habilidades y así aplicarlas en la vida profesional; De igual manera se obtuvieron nuevos conocimientos, con trabajos propios de la Fiscalía 36 seccional, tal como estudiar expedientes, proyectar órdenes del Fiscal, y sugerir decisiones a tomar, vale decir que se realizaron formulación de imputación, escritos de acusación, ordenes de legalizaciones de captura, archivo de investigaciones ,entre otras. En este informe práctico se hará énfasis de las actividades desarrolladas, y la información relevante en cuanto al trabajo realizado en la Fiscalía 36 seccional, De esta manera, se plasmarán datos sobre la dependencia donde se ejecutó la práctica, tales como la misión, visión, estructura organizacional y en la parte final se encuentran los anexos que demuestran la legitimidad de la práctica.
