Summary:Currently, companies rethink and redesign administrative strategies that allow the achievement of commercial and financial objectives, with customers, the environment and even in other aspects inherent to their corporate purpose, in fact, the administration or direction has become the In recent years in a more dynamic way in the world of organizations, the above implies that administrative theories have been renewed, giving importance to the client. Under the previous context, the administrative strategies required for the traceability of information between the logistics company Oca Services and its clients were analyzed, with the primary objective of identifying the theories and concepts that influence the present and their correlation with their needs. Using a descriptive methodology with an analytical approach, taking as a primary source a survey applied to customers, it was concluded that the company Oca Services SAS has a medium administrative strategy in communication, which generates a low traceability in contact with its customers regarding their needs. , tastes, trends; since the complexities detected, such as the lack of strategy planning, the non-application of communication and marketing plans and biased decision-making, generate a non-ideal environment, which deserves to redesign corrective and proactive administrative strategies.
