Subsequently, a failure mode and effect analysis matrix (AMEF) is prepared, where reprocesses and bottlenecks of both workers and machines are found. The second phase develops a mathematical model through the hierarchization process (AHP), in which according to the problems that are evident in the characterization and the result in the weighting of the failure mode and effect analysis matrix (FMEA ), both suppliers and machines were evaluated according to the most important criteria specified by the company manager and thus be able to define the best supplier of supplies and the least efficient machine for the company. The third phase verified the execution of the redesign of the supply chain processes according to the result obtained in the two previous phases, so the modification of the process map was suggested, concurring 3 more links to the supply chain, which confirmed the inclusion of the position of head of supply chain and also identified the least productive machine for the company, with the redesign of these processes and the implementation of the new flow charts, it seeks to mitigate returns, complaints and claims by clients of the company and thus increase both sales and accreditation in the city of Tunja.

La propuesta realizada fue desarrollada para la empresa GRUPO EMPRESARIAL MÁS ACTIVOS S.A.S, en la ciudad de Tunja una empresa dedicada a la impresión de publicidad interior y exterior, en la cual se realizaron 3 fases, en la primera fase se realiza la caracterización de la cadena de suministro de la empresa, después se identificaron los tiempos de los procesos de la cadena de suministro mediante cronómetro con vuelta a cero. Posteriormente se elabora una matriz de análisis de modo y efecto de falla (AMEF), donde se encuentran reprocesos y cuellos de botella tanto de los trabajadores como de las máquinas. La segunda fase se desarrolla un modelo matemático mediante el proceso de jerarquización (AHP), en el que de acuerdo con las problemáticas que se evidenciaron en la caracterización y al resultado en la ponderación de la matriz de análisis de modo y efecto de falla (AMEF), se evaluaron tanto los proveedores como las máquinas de acuerdo con los criterios más importantes especificados por el gerente de la empresa y así poder definir el mejor proveedor de insumos y la maquina menos eficiente para la empresa. La tercera fase permitió la ejecución del rediseño de los procesos de la cadena de suministro de acuerdo con resultado obtenido en las dos fases anteriores, por lo que se sugirió la modificación del mapa de procesos agregando 2 eslabones más a la cadena de suministro lo que permitió la inclusión del cargo de jefe de cadena de suministro y también se identificó la maquina menos productiva para la empresa, con el rediseño de estos procesos y la implementación de los nuevos flujogramas se busca mitigar las devoluciones, quejas y reclamos por parte de los clientes de la empresa y así aumentar tanto las ventas como la acreditación en la ciudad de Tunja.
