The internal processes of the dental office; such as inventory control, balance notes and credits from customers who acquire a service in the short, medium and long term, among others, are physically recorded in accounting books, generating unnecessary expenses, wasting time and ignorance of what is in stock. On the other hand, to determine the products that are about to expire, it is necessary to review one by one, which entails a financial problem between the expenditure on supplies and the services provided by the office, due to the lack of control and ignorance of the earnings with respect to the investment made. As a solution to these problems, it was proposed to develop a web application that allows users to register, manage income and expenses, inventories, news notes, services or pending charges, and consult income and expenses movements, without including control of medical records, appointment assignments and supplier supply. The methodology for the implementation of the software was the incremental methodology, which includes the stages of requirements specification, analysis, design, implementation and testing. El consultorio Odontología MG lleva en el mercado aproximadamente 15 años, prestando sus servicios de salud oral en la comunidad Rafael Uribe Uribe. Los procesos internos del consultorio odontológico; como el control de inventario, notas de saldos y abonos de clientes que adquieren un servicio a corto, mediano y largo plazo, entre otros, son registrados físicamente en libros contables, generando gastos innecesarios, desperdicio de tiempo y desconocimiento de lo que se tiene en stock. Por otra parte, para determinar los productos próximos a caducar es necesario revisar uno a uno, lo que conlleva un problema financiero entre el gasto en insumos y los servicios prestados del consultorio, por la ausencia de control y desconocimiento de las ganancias con respecto a la inversión efectuada. Como solución a estos problemas, se propuso desarrollar una aplicación web que permita registrar usuarios, gestionar ingresos y egresos, inventarios, notas de novedades, servicios o cobros pendientes y consultar movimientos de ingresos y egresos, sin incluir control de historias clínicas, asignación de citas y suministro de proveedores. La metodología para la implementación del software fue la metodología incremental, que contempla las etapas de especificación de requerimientos, análisis, diseño, implementación y pruebas.
