In the following pages, a descriptive work will be carried out on the extension project where the internship was carried out, that is, an outline of its composition, organization and operation will be presented. Subsequently, the activities carried out within the internship will be analyzed from a socio / legal perspective, since it is a project with a broad academic content due to its connotations in the field of legal innovation. And, at the same time, social, since it implies a high humanitarian sense in the face of the protection of the rights of extremely vulnerable populations. En el presente informe se encuentran consignados los objetivos, actividades y resultados obtenidos como producto de la Pasantía y práctica jurídica en el marco del proyecto de extensión “Programa de Asistencia Legal a Población con Necesidad de Protección Internacional” del Consultorio Jurídico de la Universidad Antonio Nariño sede Duitama. En las siguientes páginas se realizará un trabajo descriptivo sobre el proyecto de extensión donde se realizó la pasantía, es decir, se presentará un bosquejo de su composición, organización y funcionamiento. Posteriormente, se analizará desde una óptica socio/jurídica las actividades realizadas dentro de la pasantía, debido a que es un proyecto con un amplio contenido académico por sus connotaciones en el plano de la innovación jurídica. Y, al mismo tiempo social, puesto que implica un alto sentido humanitario frente a la protección de derechos de población extremadamente vulnerable.
