Summary:	A financial plan is carried out, for a pig animal benefit plant, for the construction, equipment, and operation. Located in the city of Bogotá in the southern sector of the Uval neighborhood, where a bovine animal benefit plant already works. The objective is to develop a feasibility proposal for the project, presenting technical, financial and design that can be implemented by the company. In general, the common construction procedure for this type of projects, plans, quantities of work and the estimated budget for execution, operation and maintenance are included.
