| Sumario: | The Jackeline residential complex has apartments in a prominent location, either in a block or a closed block and only intended for those homes. It has common areas, access corridors or ducts, roofs, green areas, social park, social or communal lounge, porter, games room, hydraulic parking, pedestrian circulation, elevators, networks, networks installations and electrical, communal antenna, entrance doors to the building, motor pumps, transformers and office. All have the same style of building and finishing, are managed by a single administration.
However, this set does not have a manual that parametricizes all the accounting dynamics of the body, which goes against the Basic Standards of the Accounting System, thus emerging the so that of designing and presenting a proposal, purpose to have an information, with a high degree of reliability that allows decisions with greater assertiveness, contributing to the consolidation of a more effective and sustainable management.
The configuration of this proposal, was ordered according to the flow of each and every operation to the dynamics to the residential complex in, identifying the recovery stages in the accounting area. with, it is intended to demonstrate how accounting information in recent decades has managed to consolidate itself as a nerve area for management, to provide answers and entrust to the daily task to decide assertively. |
