The main objective of this case analysis is to identify the activities implemented in the inventory area to evaluate the administration of operations to their safeguard, control and registration, an investigation has been made to CALZADO MARIANIS About the difficulties in the management of merchandise such as, lack of planning in purchasing purchases, not having an inventory policy manual, among others, with the purpose of identifying the causes thereof. The techniques and instruments that were used for the development of this case analysis are; the analytical method, the inductive method, and the questionnaire and observation. You must have a good internal inventory control system, as an alternative solution to the problem under study, the ideal methodology for this company was carried out based on the kardex method with its best practices.

Administrar inventarios en este tipo de empresas, es un papel muy importante porque depende de que este sea eficiente para poder cumplir con los objetivos del negocio, caso contrario si no se identifican a tiempo causarían conflictos para la empresa entre ella la disminución de la rentabilidad de la misma. El objetivo principal de este análisis de caso es identificar las actividades implementadas en el área de inventario para evaluar la administración de las operaciones a su salvaguarda, control y registro, se ha hecho una investigación a CALZADO MARIANIS Acerca de las dificultades en la gestión de mercancías tales como, falta de planificación en la adquisición de compras, no poseer un manual de políticas de inventario, entre otros, con el propósito de identificar las causas de la misma. Las técnicas e instrumentos que se usaron para el desarrollo de este análisis de caso son; el método analítico, el método inductivo, y el cuestionario y la observación. Se debe contar con un buen sistema de control interno de inventario, como alternativa de solución para el problema objeto de estudio se realizó la metodología idónea para esta empresa basado en el método de kardex con sus mejores prácticas.
