The problem to be solved within the municipality of Garzón is focused on commerce, where informal commerce is obstructing arterial roads which generate vehicular conflict, and in turn for pedestrians who circulate within this area, that is, affect their environment. Immediate that is the public space, and secondly to the people who have their businesses legally, is where the purpose of generating ecological spaces and alternate roads with green tunnels is reached that make the arrival at the property where the relocation of These people who are in an informal business are pleasant, fresh, given that in this municipality there has been an increase in the climatic level as a result of the QUIMBO hydroelectric plant, knowing this incorporates cross ventilation, to keep the air in constant movement and that unpleasant smells are not repressed.
By proposing this relocation within the municipality of Garzón, its economy will increase since it will be located on a key site to boost the economy of this municipality, as well as giving new employment opportunities to local people in this area. |

El presente proyecto de grado, presenta las problemáticas y conflictos que tiene el municipio de Garzón, de los cuales son tomados los más urgentes y que a su vez los habitantes del municipio manifiestan que desean un cambio en el menor tiempo posible según encuestas realizadas, previamente. La problemática a solucionar dentro del municipio de Garzón está enfocado en el comercio, donde el comercio informal se encuentra obstruyendo vías arterias las cuales generan conflicto vehicular, y a su vez para los peatones que circulan dentro de esta zona, es decir, afectan a su entorno inmediato que es el espacio público, y en segunda instancia a las personas que tienen sus negocios legalmente, es donde se llega a la finalidad de generar espacios ecológicos y vías alternas con túneles verdes que hagan que la llegada al predio donde se hará la reubicación de estas personas que se encuentran en un comercio informal sea agradable, fresca, dado que en este municipio se han presentado un aumento de nivel climático producto de la hidroeléctrica el QUIMBO, sabiendo esto se incorpora una ventilación cruzada, para mantener en constante movimiento el aire y que no se represen olores desagradables. Al plantear esta reubicación dentro del municipio de Garzón aumentará su economía dado que estará localizado en un predio clave para alzar la economía de este municipio, de igual forma dar nuevas oportunidades de empleo a las personas locales de esta zona.
