Sumario:The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between Organizational Climate and Burnout Syndrome in a hotel company in the city of Santa Marta. Currently, there are various theories that explain the origin of Burnout Syndrome, as well as the impact it has on the work environment. Several studies have shown that characteristics of a negative organizational climate, such as high pressure, lack of control over work, and social isolation, increase the risk of employees experiencing this syndrome. In contrast, a positive organizational climate, based on open communication, peer support, recognition of effort, and a participative leadership style, can prevent or mitigate the effects of Burnout. Creating a healthy work environment, with policies that promote a balance between personal and work life, professional development, and emotional wellbeing, is key to reducing the incidence of this disorder.
