Sumario:	This study aims to understand the garment industry in Valle del Cauca, with a particular focus on the trade agreement signed with the European Union. A descriptive and correlational method is employed to analyze a variety of indices and studies related to these Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). The intention is to corroborate the effectiveness of these agreements in the Colombian context.
