Sumario:	The basis of this research project is to examine the problems of flooding and waterlogging that the city of Bogotá D.C. has, verifying various factors of both the environment and the structure and formulating the application of solutions to mitigate these phenomena. A methodology was used that included the exploration of studies previously carried out by local entities such as IDEAM and IDIGER, field visits to evaluate the state of the road infrastructure and simulations with the Hcanales 3.1 software.
