| Summary: | The following research had the objective of determining the psychological demands, control and social support in collaborators of Comfenalco Valle in the city of Buenaventura in the year 2024. The methodology used consists of a non-experimental, transversal or transectional quantitative design with descriptive scope. Therefore, in order to respond to the above, a sociodemographic registration form created by the author of the research was carried out, specifying age, gender, year of experience, marital status, number of children, position held and the area to which it belongs. Similarly, the application of the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Questionnaire at Work Istas 21, which is the adaptation for Spain of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ), was carried out on a sample of 20 people from the company. In the analysis of the results it can be seen that there are favorable levels of psychosocial exposure for each of the variables. Obtaining high levels of psychological demand in only 30%, high levels of control with 75% and high levels of social support comprised in 90%. Therefore, it is concluded in this research that the first hypothesis of low psychological tension is affirmed, where the three main variables of the research have a level of psychosocial exposure favorable for health. Being the double presence and the insecurity of the dimensions with higher percentages in unfavorable levels in the health of the collaborators. |
