Sumario:	The project "Digital Platform to Connect and Strengthen Multiple Sclerosis Patients" arises from the lack of communication and support tools within the FUNDEM Foundation, with which an alliance has been established to create a secure digital space that allows its patients to share experiences and receive emotional support. This gap, especially outside of hospital environments and the events occasionally organized by foundations, creates isolation and a disconnect that affects patients' emotional well-being
