Sumario:This report focuses on the application of the self-assessment of compliance with the minimum conditions and requirements to obtain the certification of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) in the company Rodancor S.A.S. Under the theoretical support of Customs Compliance and Strategic Trade Policy, the standard that best fits the self-diagnosis was identified, which is Resolution No. 000067 of 20 October 2016, which establishes the guidelines of minimum requirements for AEO importers in Colombia. The information was entered in the application recommended by DIAN. With the percentages obtained and the points evaluated, a SWOT matrix was created, with the help of which strategies to increase compliance were developed. The implementation of these strategies will not only strengthen the company's compliance but will also contribute to the optimization of its processes and its competitiveness in the market.
