| Sumario: | Management accounting is a management tool widely used by public accountants and
managers in order to achieve profitability in organizations, which requires a process that allows
not only to reduce costs but also allows decision making, this being the main motivation for the
development of this case study, which aims precisely to analyze the impact of management
accounting against decision making for the development of the company Well Done in the city of
Barranquilla. This began with the development of a literature review of scientific literature on the
subject, followed by an analysis of the information, all this work allowed at the end to show that
management accounting improves in a positive and significant way the decision making. |
