Sumario: | This thesis focuses on formulating the training improvement plan for the sales
department of the company Industrias Wasvelt S.A.S., with the aim of strengthening the
skills of employees and optimizing the development of procedures, aligning them with
organizational strategies and objectives. This project arises from an initial analysis of the
company's processes, where differences are identified in the training and formation
programs that are managed with new employees. With this, the need to stipulate a more
structured approach, easy to access and adapted to the current challenges of the global
market, such as digital transformation, is evident. |
