Sumario:	The document presents a degree project detailing the internship done at Decameron Hotels as part of the requirements to obtain the degree of Economist. It addresses the company's background, objectives of the internship, work plan, SWOT analysis, results and conclusions. Decameron Hotels is a recognized hotel chain in Colombia and Latin America, known for offering memorable experiences, excellent service, quality facilities and a strong commitment to sustainability. Bibliographic references related to research on the Decameron chain, its focus on convention tourism, unique and memorable experiences, as well as its organizational structure and corporate values are explored. During the internship, we seek to contribute to the efficiency and financial control of the company through various activities in the portfolio area.
