In the literature it can be seen different protocols of decellularization from tissues of animal and human samples, which use different reagents and technological equipment that it are of difficult access and expensive, which significantly reduce the accessibility to these methodologies. Is neccesary to work in new decellularization protocols with easily accessible, affordable, and effective reagents and equipment to promote their use in clinical experiments.

En la medicina regenerativa actualmente se viene utilizando una técnica conocida como descelularización, que permite aprovechar tejidos vivos para ser usados como andamios celulares con características morfológicas y funcionales idénticas en otros individuos sin que haya rechazo inmunológico.
