Sumario:The proposal for an improvement in the area of human management for the company KIOS S.A.S, located in the city of Villavicencio, focuses on strengthening the well-being and integral development of employees. This plan would include initiatives such as training and continuous education, work-life balance policies, promotion of an inclusive and collaborative work environment, as well as recognition and motivation systems that boost team commitment and productivity. This proposal seeks not only to improve performance, employee satisfaction, but also to strengthen the organizational culture and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company in the long term. The objective is to present the Human Resources Management area in a comprehensive way, addressing everything from the recruitment and selection of personnel to the documentary review of contracts, the monitoring of internal policies and the management of employee remuneration at KIOS S.A.S. This approach will make it possible to understand how strategies are carried out to attract talent, ensure legal and administrative compliance, as well as maintain the motivation and satisfaction of the human team in the company. The objective is to accurately identify the central problem within the area of the company KIOS S.A.S. in order to address it effectively. This process was carried out using the problem tree tool, which will allow the systematic breakdown and visualization of the causes and effects related to the difficulties encountered in the management of human talent in the organization. The thorough analysis of this problem tree will provide us with a deep understanding of the roots of the problem, thus facilitating the formulation of appropriate strategies and solutions for its resolution. Identify actions to improve human management at KIOS S.A.S., in order to strengthen operational efficiency, promote an effective work environment and enhance employee development. These actions will be aimed at optimizing recruitment, training, retention and development, as well as implementing internal communication strategies and strengthening employees' sense of belonging to the organization. Finally, in the present study, the following aspects were applied: the RIT, the SWOT matrix, SWOT analysis, MEFE matrix, MEFI, individual employment contract, internal work regulations; obtaining the following results: The results of the Talent Identification Report (RIT) in the company KIOS S.A.S. revealed key areas for improvement in human management. The need to strengthen training and skills development, improve staff selection and retention processes, and foster a more motivating and participatory work environment was identified. Based on these findings, an improvement plan is proposed that includes continuous training programs, employee loyalty strategies, and the implementation of a more robust performance evaluation system. This plan seeks to optimize the company's human talent and, consequently, boost its productivity and competitiveness. The SWOT matrix, applied in the proposal for the improvement plan of the human resources management area in the company KIOS S.A.S., has revealed key points for the optimization of organizational performance. Strengths include a high level of staff engagement and a strong corporate culture, while weaknesses include a lack of standardized processes and a limited offering of training programs. Opportunities focus on implementing new technologies and leveraging remote work trends to attract diverse talent. However, threats such as high staff turnover in the sector and constant regulatory changes demand a proactive and adaptable strategy. This analysis is essential to design a plan that enhances human resources, aligning their capabilities with the company's strategic objectives. The MEFI matrix (Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix) applied to KIOS S.A.S. reveals critical points in the area of human resources management that need to be addressed in order to improve its performance. The results indicate that the company has significant strengths such as a committed team and clear professional development policies. However, important weaknesses are identified, such as insufficient continuous training and the lack of an effective performance appraisal system. These areas require an improvement plan focused on implementing more robust training programs and establishing clear metrics for tracking staff performance, in order to boost efficiency and employee engagement. The MEFE matrix (External Factors Evaluation Matrix) applied in the analysis of the company KIOS S.A.S. has revealed a series of key factors that influence its human resources management area. The results highlight both opportunities and threats in the external environment. Among the opportunities identified are emerging trends in the digitalization of human resources and favorable government policies for training and professional development. However, significant threats were also noted, such as high competition for qualified talent and rapid changes in labor regulations. These findings are fundamental for the proposal of the improvement plan, as they allow us to focus efforts on strengthening internal capacities and adopting proactive strategies to mitigate external risks, thus guaranteeing a more efficient human management aligned with the strategic objectives of KIOS S.A.S. Within the framework of the proposal for an improvement plan in the area of human management of the company KIOS S.A.S., the results of the individual employment contract highlight the need to strengthen clarity and transparency in the obligations and rights of employees and the company. This approach seeks to improve job satisfaction and reduce staff turnover, ensuring that the terms of the contract are understandable and fair to both parties. The implementation of these changes will contribute to a more stable and productive work environment, aligning expectations and promoting greater engagement and motivation among employees. In the proposal for an improvement plan in the area of human resources management for the company KIOS S.A.S., the results of the analysis of the internal work regulations highlight the need to update and optimize the existing policies and procedures. Key areas requiring attention were identified, such as the clarification of roles and responsibilities, the implementation of conflict management strategies, and the strengthening of internal communication channels. These improvements not only seek to comply with current labor regulations, but also to foster a more efficient and harmonious work environment, which will contribute to the well-being of employees and the overall performance of the company
