plays an important role, because it provides holistic care, considering not only physical, but also
spiritual, emotional and social aspects. |

Objetivo: Describir las intervenciones de enfermería en el manejo de ansiedad en cuidadores familiares de personas con cáncer. Método: Mediante una narrativa de literatura utilizando las bases de datos: Scopus, Redalyc.org, Scielo, PubMed, Google Académico y Nursing @ Ovid Consortia, se seleccionaron los artículos que cumplieran los criterios de elegibilidad los cuales fueron 32 artículos. Resultados: Se identificaron 5 tipos de intervenciones de enfermería para el manejo de ansiedad en cuidadores familiares con cáncer, las cuales fueron, educación para la salud, terapia con el entorno, asesoramiento, técnicas de relajación y apoyo espiritual. Conclusión: El cuidador familiar tiene un impacto negativo en su vida al tomar el rol de cuidador, experimentando alto niveles de ansiedad y cambios en su estilo de vida. Enfermería cumple un rol importante, debido que brinda un cuidado holístico, considerando no solo aspectos físicos, si no también, espirituales, emocionales y sociales.
