interpretative analysis-of narrative of each case, according to the established categories which are coping
with the disease, family relationships and social networks took place. The analysis of the interviews
allowed the description of meanings key to understanding the phenomenon being studied and the results
can extend building used to mobilize resources disease as religious, physical and psychological resources,
finding the meaning of life and the redefinition of links family and social system of these patients. |

En la presente investigación se describen algunas narrativas de pacientes oncológicos frente al afrontamiento a la enfermedad por Linfoma, sus relaciones familiares y redes sociales, teniendo en cuenta las creencias y recursos utilizados para afrontar el cáncer. El fundamento epistemológico fue el construccionismo social y la metodología es de tipo cualitativo en la cual se tuvo en cuenta los relatos de los pacientes recopilados mediante la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada. Se realizó un análisisinterpretativo de las narrativas de cada caso, de acuerdo a las categorías establecidas las cuales son afrontamiento a la enfermedad, relaciones familiares y redes sociales.
