En la actualidad, las aulas de clase han tenido diversos avances en la manera de dar clase. Sin embargo, se ha ignorado la comunicación asertiva para trabajar la convivencia sana y pacífica. La comunicación asertiva ha sido incluida como una de las habilidades sociales claves en los procesos de enseñanza, aprendizaje y la prevención de problemas psicosociales.
