El plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP) es un concentrado plaquetario que se obtiene mediante una muestra sanguínea, siendo una opción de tratamiento prometedora frente a una variedad de patologías dermatológicas, por el papel que juega en la reparación de tejidos. En este artículo se pretende dar a conocer su aplicación en la terapia en dos aplicaciones clínicas: alopecia y acné.
