description	The purpose of this article is to analyze the changes and modifications in the profiles of individuals holding positions in the public entity such as the National Savings Fund, based on the application of holistic thinking and how it directly or indirectly affects changes in productivity that have been occurring over a period of 6 years up to the present. After interviewing some officials who had been hired within the specified timeframe, advantages and disadvantages are discovered in each of the training methods applied over these years. Additionally, improvements in the organization's productivity are observed, thanks to the implementation of new training techniques for officials.

El presente artículo tiene como fin analizar los cambios y las modificaciones de los perfiles que mantienen un cargo en la entidad pública como lo es el Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, basándonos en la aplicación del pensamiento holístico y cómo este afecta directa o indirectamente los cambios en la productividad que se ha venido presentando en un periodo de 6 años hasta la actualidad. Después de entrevistar a algunos funcionarios que habían sido contratados en el rango de tiempo establecido, se logra descubrir ventajas y desventajas en cada uno de los métodos de capacitación aplicados a lo largo de estos años, asimismo, observamos mejoras en la productividad de la organización.
