| Sumario: | This work addresses the design of a quality management system based on the ISO
9001:2015 standard for the company Trasillantas S.A.S, located in the city of Santa Marta. The
main objective is to obtain the standardization and optimization of all the company's mission
processes, through the implementation of a quality management system. To achieve this purpose,
an initial diagnosis of all the current processes existing in the company, areas for improvement,
was carried out, to then design a comprehensive system that includes quality policies and
operating procedures, in order to guarantee operational efficiency and improvement. . continues,
thus obtaining customer satisfaction in the company Trasillantas S.A.S. This approach not only
seeks to meet established requirements, but also promote an organizational culture to optimally
