En este trabajo se presenta la planeación, diseño y validación de "Ciudad Lingua", un material didáctico orientado a la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera a nivel B2. Este material surge en respuesta a la necesidad identificada de mejorar la comprensión auditiva en el contexto de enseñanza del español para extranjeros, destacando la importancia de desarrollar estrategias efectivas que integren el aprendizaje en contextos reales. Siguiendo los lineamientos del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia y bajo el enfoque del aprendizaje situado, se desarrolló un juego de mesa que, no solo facilita la enseñanza de aspectos auditivos del idioma, sino que también enriquece la experiencia educativa de los estudiantes.
