The aim of this document is to create an artistic-pedagogical reflection on the processes of collective creation, based on the experience lived by the Master Artists in Training, as well as to understand the didactics for creation with large groups, with the objective of generating methodological strategies that will contribute to the Master Artists in Training for future works of collective creation. El presente trabajo es una sistematización que busca recolectar la experiencia del proceso de creación colectiva de la obra interdisciplinar Transiciones, a partir de las experiencias vividas en Gamarra, Cesar por los maestros artistas en formación, en el marco del curso Danza del caribe de la licenciatura en Artes Escénicas en la Universidad Antonio Nariño durante el periodo 2022-2. Este documento tiene como fin crear una reflexión artístico pedagógica frente a los procesos de creación colectiva, con base en la experiencia vivida por los maestros artistas en formación, así mismo se busca comprender las didácticas para la creación con grupos numerosos, con el objetivo de generar estrategias metodológicas que aporten a los maestros artistas en formación para futuros trabajos de creación colectiva.
