| description | This article refers to mental health: significant experiences from clinical practice in the psychological care center (CAP), which aims to describe the experiences from clinical practice in the psychological care center, through the process of teleorientation. Likewise, the methodology used was descriptive, the information gathering techniques used were the semi-structured interview, the clinical history and the field diary. The results obtained were through the reason for consultation, which showed difficulties in mental health such as stress, difficulty managing emotions, relationship problems, social anxiety, depression and panic. Therefore, it was concluded that the accompaniment through teleorientation has been satisfactory, where the therapeutic objectives have been successfully fulfilled, likewise the intervened patients have presented positive changes in the different spheres of their lives, based on the tools provided, necessary to be able to cope with the problems that afflicted them. Thus, as practitioners in the area of clinical psychology, the objectives proposed at the beginning of the different sessions assigned to the patients were achieved.

El presente artículo hace referencia a la salud mental: experiencias significativas desde la práctica clínica en el centro de atención psicológica (CAP), el cual tiene como objetivo describir las experiencias desde la práctica clínica en el centro de atención psicológica, a través del proceso de teleorientación. Así mismo la metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptiva, las técnicas de recolección de información utilizadas fueron la entrevista semiestructurada, la historia clínica y el diario de campo. Los resultados obtenidos fueron a través del motivo de consulta, los cuales evidenciaron dificultades en la salud mental como estrés, dificultad para el manejo de emociones, problemas de pareja, ansiedad social, depresión y pánico. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que el acompañamiento a través de la teleorientación ha resultado satisfactorio, donde los objetivos terapéuticos se han cumplido exitosamente, así mismo los pacientes intervenidos han presentado cambios positivos en las diferentes esferas de sus vidas, a partir de las herramientas brindadas, necesarias para poder sobrellevar la problemática que les aquejaba. Es así que como practicantes en el área de la psicología clínica se lograron los objetivos propuestos al inicio de las diferentes sesiones asignadas a los pacientes.
