In order to achieve the automation of the equipment, the critical variables in the processes of blowing, extrusion and drawing of the parison were determined, aimed to establish the proper sequence for operation of the machine. Subsequently, the control system was designed and the most suitable parts for controlling the above processes were selected. After that, the board that controls the blowing machine either manually or automatically was designed, as well as the human-machine interface for proper operation of the equipment. Finally, the selected components are installed in the machine to testing and tuning the system. |

Se realiza la automatización de una máquina sopladora UNILOY MILACRON MODELO 1995, propiedad de la empresa HGT Ingeniería, para la elaboración de sus propios productos de soplado. Para lograr la automatización de dicho equipo, se determinan las variables que son críticas en el proceso de soplado, extrusión y elaboración del párison, con el fin de establecer la secuencia adecuada para esta máquina. Posteriormente, se diseña el sistema de control y se seleccionan los elementos más adecuados para controlar los procesos mencionados anteriormente. A continuación, se hace el diseño del tablero que permite la manipulación de la máquina sopladora, tanto manual como automáticamente; también se diseña la interfaz humano-máquina, para una adecuada operación del equipo. Finalmente, se instalan en el equipo los componentes seleccionados, para probarlo y poner a punto todo el sistema.
