Este artículo de reflexión recoge algunos resultados de la investigación “Industria cultural y patrimonio social” (2010), con la cual se buscó mirar la relación de estos dos conceptos en su juego de intereses, en el contexto contemporáneo nacional, y tomar el pulso de las diferentes agremiaciones y sectores de producción cultural en los últimos años, partiendo de la pregunta sobre cómo se realiza la responsabilidad social empresarial y la influencia de esta corriente sobre la configuración de las condiciones en que se produce y se protege la cultura en Colombia.
