A criação artística e a pesquisa científica constituem dois pilares fundamentais na construção do conhecimento humano. Nas últimas décadas, uma significativa transformação epistêmica desafiou a separação histórica entre elas, levando, em vez disso, a um exame mais preciso de sua inter-relação. O principal objetivo desta pesquisa é explorar e problematizar as relações existentes entre essas duas atividades por meio da análise de fontes documentais e das reflexões dos autores sobre suas próprias experiências como pesquisadores e criadores.
