This experience invites usto view the school as a stage where, beyondlearning academic content, students learn tocoexist, to be with others, and especially to bewith other women through respect, equity,and female solidarity. |

Las artes escénicas, como herramientapedagógica, tienen el potencial transformadorde visibilizar y resignificar las dinámicas deconvivencia escolar. En contextos marcadospor la violencia intragénero, como elevidenciado en la Institución EducativaCiudadela Sucre – Sede B en Soacha, estasexpresiones artísticas pueden ser un mediopara canalizar emociones, construir narrativascolectivas y fomentar vínculos solidariosentre las estudiantes. La investigaciónpresentada reconoce la necesidad de abordarel matoneo entre mujeres desde un enfoqueque integre la sororidad, entendida como unaapuesta ética y política por la empatía, laescucha y el cuidado mutuo. A través demetodologías mixtas, se identifica cómo elarte puede abrir espacios seguros para eldiálogo y la reflexión, promoviendocompetencias socioemocionales claves parala convivencia pacífica. En este sentido, seplantea que las artes escénicas no solopermiten representar conflictos, sino tambiéntransformarlos, al cultivar la capacidad deponerse en el lugar del otro. Esta experienciainvita a pensar la escuela como un escenariodonde, más allá de aprender contenidos, seaprende a convivir, a ser con otros y,especialmente, a ser con otras desde elrespeto, la equidad y la hermandad femenina.
