History, generally seen through the eyes of the present, makes explicit some aspects of change, which appear linked to the event, a birth with blood and fire, from which the entrepreneurs of violence and war profit. In such cases, there is no democratic transition, based on conflict and negotiation through words: there is a violent struggle for power, resulting in the new (old) order. |

El cambio es un devenir constante, que obedece a la interacción de fuerzas, unas ya plenamente identificadas, otras menos conocidas, y otras que, de seguro, siguen siendo desconocidas. A nivel socio-económico, se analizan constantemente variables que predicen el comportamiento de los mercados, y generalmente se producen obliteraciones de indicadores de exclusión y marginalidad. A nivel individual, se reconocen las diferencias que, sin embargo, se convierten en tendencias cuando se pretende esgrimir alguna interpretación. La historia, por lo general vista con ojos de actualidad, explicita algunos aspectos del cambio, que aparecen ligados al acontecimiento, un parto con sangre y fuego, del que sacan provecho los empresarios de la violencia y de la guerra. En tales casos, no hay transición democrática, basada en el conflicto y la negociación por vía de la palabra: hay lucha violenta por el poder, de lo que resulta el nuevo (viejo) orden. A mudança é uma evolução constante, impulsionada pela interação de forças, algumas já totalmente identificadas, outras menos conhecidas e outras ainda seguramente desconhecidas. A nível socioeconómico, as variáveis que predizem o comportamento do mercado estão constantemente a ser analisadas e, normalmente, há apagamentos de indicadores de exclusão e marginalidade. A nível individual, as diferenças são reconhecidas mas transformam-se em tendências quando se procura uma interpretação. A história, geralmente vista através dos olhos da atualidade, explicita alguns aspectos da mudança, que aparecem ligados ao acontecimento, um nascimento a sangue e fogo, com o qual lucram os empresários da violência e da guerra. Nesses casos, não há uma transição democrática, baseada no conflito e na negociação pela palavra: há uma luta violenta pelo poder, que resulta na nova (velha) ordem.
