La presente investigación pretende realizar un análisis al derecho de la educación en la población afrocolombiana de la ciudad de Barranquilla- Atlántico, en el desarrollo de la pandemia. Sin duda alguna, la llegada del Covid-19 a tierras colombianas, ha permitido dejar al descubierto una vez más la condición de vulnerabilidad de esta población, debido a, la falta de presencia y función estatal; perpetuando así, la invisibilidad normativa que se ha venido presentando durante el desarrollo del marco jurídico colombiano. No obstante, podemos profundizar que, desde la promulgación de la Constitución de 1991, se ha visto un retroceso en el ámbito educativo, que sin duda alguna se ha agravado desde la llegada del COVID -19, puesto que, la cotidianidad de los estudiantes ha tenido un giro transcendental, trayendo consigo una delimitación en diversos aspectos en la población Afrocolombiana.
