| Summary: | This research aims to carry out an analysis of the right to education in the Afro-Colombian population of the city of Barranquilla-Atlántico, in the development of the pandemic. Undoubtedly, the arrival of Covid-19 in Colombian lands has uncovered once again the situation of violation of this population, due to the lack of presence and State function; thus, perpetuating the normative invisibility that has been presented during the development of the Colombian legal framework. However, we can observe that since the enactment of the 1991 Constitution, there has been a setback in the educational field, which has undoubtedly gone a lot worse since the arrival of COVID - 19, since the daily life of students has had a transcendental turn, bringing with it a delimitation in various aspects in one of the most vulnerable populations in Colombia. |
