Which allowed to reach the conclusion that planning allows teachers optimal preparation and awareness when training, where planning aims to generate innovative teaching strategies to the needs of students. It is concluded that prior preparation of a lesson provides a number of significant advantages for both teachers and students. By investing time and effort in carefully planning the content, structure, and resources of a lesson, a more effective and enriching learning experience is achieved. Key benefits of preparation include increased organization, clearer communication, time savings, improved quality of material, adaptation to student needs, teacher motivation and confidence, effective assessment, controlled flexibility and more useful feedback. Ultimately, pre-preparation contributes to a more productive and successful learning environment, where both teachers and students can achieve their educational goals more effectively. |

En esta ponencia se plantea la importancia que tiene la planeación con relación a las buenasprácticas docentes, y cómo incide en la innovación de las prácticas educativas, tanto como en el aprendizaje y la efectividad del proceso de enseñanza desde un enfoque cualitativo-reflexivo, utilizando como metodología el uso de la literatura mediante una estructura que permite analizar demanera profunda los diferentes planteamientos de los autores. Lo cual permitió llegar a la conclusión de que la planeación le permite a los docentes preparación óptima y conciencia a la hora de enseñar, donde la planeación tiene como objetivo generar estrategias de enseñanza innovadoras a las necesidades de los estudiantes. Se concluye que, la preparación previa de una clase proporciona una serie de ventajas significativas tanto para los profesores como para los estudiantes. Al invertir tiempo y esfuerzo en planificar cuidadosa, didáctica e interactivamente el contenido, la estructura y los recursos de una lección, se logra una experiencia de aprendizaje más efectiva y enriquecedora. Las ventajas clave de la preparación incluyen una mayor organización, una comunicación más clara, un ahorro de tiempo, una mejora en la calidad del material, la adaptación a las necesidades de los estudiantes, la motivación y la confianza del profesor, una evaluación efectiva, la flexibilidad controlada y una retroalimentación más útil. En última instancia, la preparación previa contribuye a un ambiente de aprendizaje más productivo y exitoso, donde tanto profesores como estudiantes pueden alcanzar sus objetivos educativos de manera más efectiva.
