El desarrollo socioafectivo de los niños es crucial para el resto de su vida, aspecto con el que debe trabajarse a partir de estímulos por sus padres en su mayoría. Por otro lado, el teatro es una de las manifestaciones artísticas, donde se considera un lugar de encuentro y comunicación, de expresión de ideas y emociones. Sin embargo, este concepto del teatro es distinto para el publico infantil, con la diferencia de que con los niños en este caso la primera infancia no se le va a mostrar acciones dramáticas sino un espacio desde el juego donde ellos puedan explorarse a si mismos y aprender junto con su s padres/cuidadores a entender el mundo que les rodea.
