El trabajo investigativo, se orientó a conocer las percepciones de los docentes de grado cuarto de la Institución educativa oficial Pablo Correa León sede Valle Esther de la ciudad de Cúcuta acerca de los procesos educativos con estudiantes venezolanos, enunciando los aciertos en los procesos y las barreras educativos. Se conoció que los docentes perciben en los procesos educativos con estudiantes venezolanos, presencia de bajo desempeño académico, poca responsabilidad y compromiso en el componente formativo. Adicionalmente, destacan la manifestación de talentos en el área de las artes, resaltando los saberes culturales, las cosmovisiones y habilidades del grupo poblacional. Igualmente, observan barreras educativas, asociadas a las dificultades presentadas para asumir responsablemente el proceso educativo; aunque, perciben que los estudiantes evidencian aciertos referentes a intenciones de continuar con los procesos de aprendizaje.
