Through diagnosis, deterioration in egg production is detected, a factor that generates economic losses for the company. The problem is even bigger due to the handling of the product once it has been conditioned and placed in the buckets and transferred to the storage warehouse, without adequate order and control regarding the route, since shortcomings had occurred. To address these difficulties, the proposal is made through the Kaizen approach supported by the 5S methodology, Just in Time and Poka Yoke.

El estudio está dirigido a la granja avícola Aran S.A.S, productora y comercializadora de huevos, ubicada vereda de Cuche municipio de Santa Rosa de Viterbo Boyacá, mediante diagnóstico se detecta deterioro en la producción de huevos, factor que genera pérdidas económicas a la empresa, la problemática aún es mayor, por el manejo que le dan al producto una vez acondicionados y puestos en las cubetas y trasladados a la bodega de almacenamiento sin el orden y control adecuado respecto al recorrido puesto que se presentan falencias en el recorrido, para abordar estas dificultades se hace la propuesta mediante el enfoque Kaizen apoyada de la metodología 5S, Justo a tiempo y Poka Yoke.
