El presente estudio se realizó con el objetivo de identificar el clima motivacional presente en el equipo de futsal de la universidad Antonio Nariño para posterior a ello poder describir y analizar los factores asociados a las diferentes dimensiones que comprenden el clima tarea y clima ego. Por lo anterior, se consideró pertinente abordar esta investigación desde un enfoque cuantitativo de corte descriptivo realizando así el uso del cuestionario (PMCSQ-2) Newton, Duda, y Yin (2000). El análisis de cada subescala presente en el instrumento permitió describir la visión que tienen los deportistas frente a las condiciones establecidas para la disposición hacia la práctica deportiva.
