charge, so that as soon as a failure alarm is generated, the technician is notified immediately through an application installed on his mobile device, in which he can also check the current
status of the sensors and the historical report of the failures reported by the affected system, in order to make an accurate diagnoses that allows him to apply the most appropriate solution
