proposed that articulates the full and empty of the current urban structure, considering that these
undeveloped spaces can become very interesting elements of integration in the conformation of
informal settlements and improvement of the spatial segregation of the municipality. |

En barrio la ciudadela siglo XXI del municipio de Florencia-Caquetá, debido al crecimiento exponencial de la zona, la conformación de asentamientos urbanos no planificados y la tendencia de crecimiento en esa zona de expansión han dado como resultado al fenómeno de vacíos urbanos, los cuales como el nombre lo indica, son espacios que no han sido desarrollados ni se ha implementado un tratamiento urbanístico, el cual desarticula la estructura urbana ya establecida. Dicho esto, esta investigación tiene como fin analizar las tendencias y dinámicas de conformación de los asentamientos informales y como estos se pueden articular de manera eficiente con los vacíos urbanos. Teniendo en cuenta la investigación se planea generar un tratamiento de desarrollo urbanístico como propuesto que articule los llenos y vacío de la estructura urbanística actual, considerando que estos espacios sin desarrollar pueden llegar a ser elementos de integración muy interesantes en la conformación de los asentamientos informales y mejoramiento de la segregación espacial del municipio.
