the ways in which the population transforms these environments according to their needs and
sensations.
In this research we obtain data on how the inhabitants of the municipality of Pitalito misuse
public space, highlighting its cultural diversity, and its agricultural and commercial vocation.
A type of methodologies are implemented in this research that is based on two stages, the
first is the collection of data through secondary sources, the second involved a field work trip in
order to complement the information through observation, indicating that unemployment generates
in the population the desire to find a way to survive, invading this public space, in addition to the
fact that this urban environment is not in good conditions, it is also possible to conclude that the
central area can be intervened through urban renewal and revitalization strategies which will be
developed through phases, each under theoretical concepts. |
