El presente artículo propone evidenciar un presupuesto operativo en Kaos Café bar, el cual tiene como objetivo general fundamentar un modelo presupuestario operativo, con el fin de mejorar el control operativo, como objetivo general plantear un modelo presupuestario operativo de la empresa y así obtener una herramienta de planificación y control, entre los objetivos específicos se plantea analizar la situación financiera de la empresa de los años 2022 y 2023 y proponer un presupuesto operativo para el periodo 2024. Metodológicamente se orientó hacia la línea de investigación finanzas y sus aplicaciones, la cual ayuda a realizar un análisis del comportamiento de ventas, costos directos, costos indirectos, gastos administrativos y a prevenir pérdidas considerables a tiempo. Es de resaltar que el presupuesto operativo parte de una información organizada, que conlleva a la orientación, planificación y control, de manera oportuna que apoye la entidad en la eficacia y ejecución de gastos futuros ayudando a tomar decisiones.
