Psychosocial occupational risks caused by working at home, with a qualitative research focus,
based on exploratory research and starting from a global theme followed by a national theme. ,
ending with research and local bibliographical references. Based on criteria related to the different
existing variables of the problem and seeking the attention and interest of readers as the main
objective.
The results of this research will lead to the development of the study and the solution of
the problem statement, knowing and mitigating the negative impacts on the development of work
activities in a family environment and the social environment. |

En la evolución y transformación de nuevos mercados, líneas, productos y servicios y en el afán de encontrar, encaminar y continuar con los proyectos organizacionales, las empresas no visualizaron, ni le dieron la importancia a los riesgos os que genero a sus trabajadores desarrollar diferentes actividades laborales en casa, trayendo así consecuencias a futuro en el estado físico y emocional de las personas. Por lo anterior, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para identificar los factores asociados a los riesgos laborales de tipo Psicosocial ocasionados por el trabajo en casa, con un foco investigativo cualitativo, basados en una investigación exploratoria y partiendo de una temática global seguido de una temática nacional, finalizando con investigaciones y referencias bibliográficas locales. A partir de criterios relacionados entre las diferentes variables existentes del problema y buscando como objetivo principal la atención e interés de los lectores. Los resultados de esta investigación dieron lugar al desarrollo del estudio y la solución del planteamiento del problema conociendo y mitigando los impactos negativos en el desarrollo de las actividades laborales en un ambiente familiar y de entorno social.
