development of a sustainable housing project is proposed in the city of Ibague that provides
a solution to the aforementioned problems and responds to the needs of young adults from
Ibague, in which the Co-living It will be the most profitable method to guarantee an optimal
use of resources and space with the purpose of guaranteeing decent housing for young adults
in the city of Ibague; This project is based on the construction of a building with around 200
living spaces, based on the system of collaborative spaces or Co-living that provide the
maximum use of natural and economic resources and that is also based on the correct use of
techniques of environmentally friendly construction, Millennial 64 as the housing project is
called, seeks to generate decent housing spaces for young adults in the city of Ibague while
caring for the environment and natural resources is guaranteed. |

La construcción de vivienda en la actualidad no responde completamente a las necesidades habitacionales de los adultos jóvenes y también puede ser el gran responsable de la contaminación de una ciudad, es por ello que brindar soluciones de vivienda que responda a las nuevas dinámicas y a la demanda de la sociedad moderna es necesario para que se puedan garantizar los principios de desarrollo sostenible y poder así generar un impacto positivo en el medio ambiente; actualmente la falta de espacios habitacionales en la ciudad de Ibagué y los altos costos de la vivienda vuelven muy difícil la adquisición de una vivienda, ahora bien teniendo en cuenta que en Colombia las tasas de desempleo juvenil son más elevadas cada día y los niveles de informalidad laboral afectan aún más la consecución de viviendas, se propone el desarrollo de un proyecto de vivienda sostenible en la ciudad de Ibagué que dé solución a las problemáticas antes mencionadas y responda a las necesidades de los adultos jóvenes Ibaguereños, en el cual el Co-living será el método más provechoso para garantizar una óptima utilización de recursos y de espacio con el propósito de garantizar la vivienda digna a los adultos jóvenes de la ciudad de Ibagué; Este proyecto se basa en la construcción de un edificio con alrededor de 200 espacios habitacionales, basados en el sistema de espacios colaborativos o Co-living que brinden el máximo aprovechamiento de recursos naturales y económicos y que además se base en el correcto uso de técnicas de construcción amigables con el medio ambiente, Mllennial 64 como se llama el proyecto habitacional, busca generar espacios de vivienda digna para adultos jóvenes de la ciudad de Ibagué mientras se garantiza el cuidado del medio ambiente y de los recursos naturales.
