Summary: | Puberty is a time of various physiological changes, such as the activation and
stimulation of growth hormone, male and female sexual characteristics, and adolescents
during this cycle worry about their relationships with their peers and how they overcome
them. Since it recognizes that one of the main reasons is that sedentary behavior reduces
the production of endorphins, a hormone responsible for general health, helping to reduce
fatigue or irritability and improve mood due to a sedentary lifestyle. It may contribute to
the onset or exacerbation of existing mental disorders. illness, including generalized
depression, persistent apathy, stress, tiredness and/or fatigue, insomnia and difficulty
falling asleep, procrastination, social isolation, lack of motivation and frustration in
achieving goals, anxiety and/or depression and impairment of memory. |
